Welcome Home Grant Program

Who doesn’t love free money to buy a home! The grant increased to $20,000 this year for eligible buyers.  In order to apply a fully executed purchase contract is needed, buyer does not need to be a first-time home buyer, the income requirement threshold for a family 1-2 is $82,880 and 3+ $95,312.  The program will begin accepting applications on March 1st and grant administrators will need roughly 3 weeks to approve.  If you go under contract in January or February, we want to make sure the closing date is slotted for the last week in March.
