Active Listings: There are 40 homes available. 25 of those are new construction, so only 15 existing homes.
Pending Listings: There are 29 pending sales. 8 of those are new construction, with 21 existing homes.
Sold Listings: Over the past 3 months there have been 42 homes closed from $1,221,518 to $110,000.
This listing on Drake Ave just hit the market on Friday. We promoted the home as "Coming Soon" for 7 days prior and lined up 24 showings. We had an Open House scheduled for Saturday, so another 12 Buyers through. Result was many offers, well over list price! Now Pending:
