The $20,000 2025 Welcome Home Grant is set to begin on March 3!  Eligible buyers can reserve one of the grants now with an accepted purchase contract.   

The grant qualification is income-based.  Below are the qualifying income limits for Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana this year:

  1. Ohio         $83,840  (1-2 Person Household) or  $96,416 (3+ Household)
  1. Kentucky $83,840  (1-2 Person Household) or   $96,416 (3+ Household)
  2. Indiana    $100,608 (1-2 Person Household) or $117,376 (3+ Household)

Now is a great time for buyers to get pre-approved! The grant is available for a limited time and will go quickly. Contact the Finn Team for more information on special loan programs that you may qualify for based on income or house location.
