Attention First Time Home Buyers!
The $20,000 2025 Welcome Home Grant is set to begin on March 3! Eligible buyers can reserve one of the grants now with an accepted purchase contract.
The grant qualification is income-based. Below are the qualifying income limits for Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana this year:
- Ohio $83,840 (1-2 Person Household) or $96,416 (3+ Household)
- Kentucky $83,840 (1-2 Person Household) or $96,416 (3+ Household)
- Indiana $100,608 (1-2 Person Household) or $117,376 (3+ Household)
